The person at the CAA responsible for issuing helicopter permissions and exemptions is Keith Thomas, Safety Regulation Group, General Aviation Dept, CAA; telephone 01293 573528 extension 3651. Allow several days for the necessary persmission to be provided.
Please note that it is the responsibility of operators to comply with any other regulatory requirement currently in force and Vanguard Holdings Ltd is not able to do this on your behalf.
Complete the inusrance conditions, then fax them back to the address on the form, together with the documents requested at the foot of page 2, before using the Isle of Dogs HLS. We also need contact information for subsequent billing.
